Angels of Cherry Blossom Heaven in Moonlight.
Size: 24 x 36 x 1.5 ,painted in water mixable oils using brushes and palette knife ! I then use my fingers to add pops of color and blend in sky atmospheric background. ! The foreground I also use a brush for first layer and then build up color with my fingertips ! Paint is much thicker in foreground and not blended as much ! Water is blended using a brush and fingertips . Gold leaf is applied along Angels gowns and a bit in water for reflections. I used a palette knife and added some white along the waterline where gold leaf is and dragged the white across the gold to give impression of water movement ! Touches also added with fingertips ! Thick wildflowers of pinks and blues ,pops of orange poppies with Palette knife ,gold leaf in centers ! Painting should be dry enough to ship 2-23
